International Shipping:

Jewelroof.com also provide international shipping to all the major Countries. If you want us to ship the products outside India, please get in touch with the Customer Care Team before placing the order to understand if your order is eligible for international shipping or not. Depending on the country and the item you wish to buy, our team will guide you through the possibilities.

Our International Shipping Partners are BVC and Speed Post. We also offer several convenient specialty services, including expedited shipping and shipment of gifts to an alternate address. The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of placing the order. To save on shipping charges you can club your purchase.

International orders are all shipped International Priority with our carrier and includes insurance for the full value of the merchandise. The estimated delivery is within 14 business days from the date of dispatch, however this might be extended depending on the customs process and may vary depending on the destination country.

Please do note that the returns, exchange and buyback policies are not valid on International Shipments under any circumstances.

Custom Clearance

All commercial shipments of Jewellery exported out of India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Goods along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of Customs for inspection, examination and assessment. Thereafter, with permission from Customs, these goods are handed over to a courier company for onward dispatch. This process takes 1-3 working days.

Please bear in mind that the final value of your order is exclusive of all custom duties and other taxes, unless stated. As the recipient, you are liable for varied tariffs levied by international authorities such as, VAT, import duties, custom fees or other taxes. These may vary according to the rules of the respective countries and must be paid directly by you. We recommend you verify the duties and taxes with your local authorities. In addition, the courier company might levy a service charge that would be borne by you.

In the event a package is refused at customs by you, or if you are unavailable to accept the package from the shipping carrier and Jewelroof is charged any return shipping charges, duties, VAT or taxes, you will be responsible for all expenses related to the outbound shipment and return of the package. This amount will be deducted from the original sales amount when the refund is applied.
